Sales Forecast
In the sales forecast we ask you for your estimate of how many of this product you
expect to sell each month, and the price you'll be selling each one for.
Your prices should change - as your business gets going, and as time goes on
(because your costs will go up over time thanks to inflation).
You therefore enter a price for each month, alongside the forecast.
To save time entering your forecasts we've added two "copy to the end of
the year" buttons - press one of these to replace the values for the
rest of the year with the one you've just entered.
To delete a forecast for a month, set its Number of Units and Price
Per Unit to zero.
Keep an eye on the graphs at the bottom of the page to make sure your sales
look realistic, and to see whether they're generating enough revenue to cover
their costs.
