The graphs on the right are lined-up and all have the same scale,
so you can directly compare which products are generating the most
profit for your business.
Typically some are far more profitable than others. When you see that
some aren't "pulling their weight", think about how you can increase
their profitability. Even consider dropping them altogether.
Flip-over the card to change the product's name, or the share of business
overheads it should be covering. This product allocation percentage
is used to calculate the NET profit for a product. Its GROSS profit
depends only on its unit-costs (and price!).
